Do you offer a vegetarian menu?

Yes we do! Our vegetarian menu is also suitable for vegans. Select the vegan menu from the food section of our shop. If you're a cheese fan, let us know in the notes section of the order process.

Do you offer a fully vegan menu?

Yes we do, our vegan menu can be selected from the food section.

When does the flexi catering get delivered to my property? Do I have to be in?

The delivery will come during the day between the hours of 10am and 2pm so it's ready for you to enjoy when you arrive home.

You don't need to be in, but if you're staying at a property with a key box we do ask that you leave the key in the box so that we can access the kitchen.

Which properties get bread delivered?

The majority of our properties are able to benefit from the bread delivery, the ones that don't are:
- Apartment Agastya

- Apartment 5

- Apartment L'abri

- Aparment Terrace

- Apartment Penthouse

- The Cabin

- Chalet Ronciere

How far in advance do I need to order Flexi Caering?

Flexi catering can be ordered up to 2 weeks before the beginning of your stay. This allows us to menu plan and order correctly.

I want to edit / cancel my Flexi Catering order, what should I do?

If you'd like amend or cancel something on an exisiting order, get in touch with us directly and we can discuss your options.

I forgot to pre-order some wine, can I get a same delivery?

Give us a call and we can let you know what we have in stock for a same day delivery.

Where do you deliver your merch to?

We can deliver our merch anywhere in the world! The wine and food deliveries are only to our chalets.

Why do you require my booking reference to complete my order?

We need your booking details to make sure we can match your name to the correct stay. We wouldn’t want to confuse with someone else of the same name!
