Flexi Catering FAQs

Do you offer a vegetarian menu?

Yes we do! Select the vegetarian menu when purchasing flexi-catering in our shop; this will be a selection from both our classic menu (meat-free dishes) and our plant-based menu.

Do you offer a fully vegan menu?

Yes we do, our vegan menu can be selected by choosing the 'Plant-Based' option when ordering flexi-catering.

When does the flexi catering get delivered to my property? Do I have to be in?

The delivery will come on a daily basis between the hours of 10am and 2pm so it's ready for you to enjoy when you arrive home.

You don't need to be in, but if you're staying at a property with a key box, we do ask that you leave the key behind so that we can access the kitchen.

How far in advance do I need to order flexi-catering?

Flexi catering can be ordered up to 2 weeks before the beginning of your stay. This allows us to menu plan and order correctly. Get in touch for any 'last minute' requests.

I want to edit / cancel my flexi-catering order, what should I do?

If you'd like amend or cancel something on an exisiting order, get in touch with us directly and we can discuss your options.

Yes, we aim to cater for dietary requirements but ask that you get in touch with us to double check:

Is flexi-catering available in the Summer season?

Our flexi-catering service is only available throughout the Winter season. See our Summer shop for Summer extras, or get in touch with the office for some bespoke catering recommendations.

Where do you deliver your merch to?

We can deliver our merch anywhere in the world!

The wine and food deliveries are only available to our chalets.

Why do you require my booking reference to complete my order?

We need your booking details to make sure we can match your name to the correct stay.

We wouldn’t want to confuse with someone else of the same name!
